Delivery: to address specified by renter (customer). Renter grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit at approximately specified times.

I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an interactive amusement game(s) and/or other amusement equipment brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees. 

I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and discharge AV Bounce LLC., from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the interactive inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by AV Bounce LLC. in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.

In the event that I file a cause of action against AV Bounce LLC, I agree to do so solely in the state of California, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the unit I am renting or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.

Renter agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said equipment is in the possession of the lessee. Accompanying this contract is a set of directions for use and safety rules that I agree to follow and utilize at all times during the operation and use of the interactive inflatable game.

I acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read this entire document, that I understand its content and that I execute it freely, intelligently and without duress of any kind and agree to be bound by its terms.

Bounce House Safety rules & Instructions

Our inflatables are designed with children's safety as the #1 priority. All our inflatables are cleaned and disinfected after each use. Each unit has a safety step entrence to prevent falling while entering or exiting the unit. Most of our entrences are made with a small opening to prevent children from falling out while jumping. 

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to heavy rains or high winds (over 15mph). There is no penalty to the renter. We will messege or call you the morning of your reservation, in which at that time you have the option to cancel your order for weather. shall you decide to proceed with your order in such weather condidtions, once the unit has been delivered, there will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains or high winds.   

A responsable adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the unit is in use.  The adult must know all the safety rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is resposible for the safety of the children and the care of the equipment. REMEMBER:  The operator is ultimately responsable for the majority of injuries that happen on inflatables.

While the inflatable unit is in operation the operator should watch the riders at all times. No roughhousing or horseplay should be allowed. Also no climing the nets is not allowed.

1) Only compatible age groups and sizes shall play in the inflatable unit at a time.                The maximum number of people of each age are:

Unit Size:  13x13.        Children Under 8yrs old  (5-8).               Children From 9yrs old to 12yrs old  (4-6).                Older Teens  (3-4).                 Adults (3)

Unit Size 15x15           Children Under 8yrs old  (7-9).                Children From 9yrs old to 12yrs old  (5-7).               Older Teens  (4-6)                  Adults  (5)

2) All riders must remove shoes and jewelry before entering the inflatable unit. 
3) To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
4) Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, glitter or confetti, food or other sticky substances are allowed inside the inflatable unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required, a $50.00 cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.  
5) No pets allowed in the inflatable units.
6) DO NOT move the inflatable unit from its original set up location.  
7) DO NOT remove velcroed liners from the unit.
8) DO NOT remove the straps.
9) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling
10) The operator should assist the riders when they enter and exit the inflatable unit.
11) The operator should position him/herself in close proximity to the entrence of the unit.
12) The operator must strictly enforce the rules.
13) The operator must remain in control of the inflatable at all times.  
14) Children should not climb the walls or nets.

Additional Safety Rules & instructions for Water Slides

15)  We recommend a maximum rider hight of 6', and a maximum rider weight of 150lbs.  We also recomend that children younger then 5yrs or less then 42" tall not use the water slide.  The maximum number of riders at a time on slide is 2 (one on stairs and one on slide).  

16)  2nd rider waits until 1st rider has reached the top of the stairs before begghining to clime the stairs.

17)  The 2nd rider must wait for the 1st rider to exit the pool before sliding down.

18)  Riding head first is dangerous and can lead to neck and back injuries.  On no account should riders jump or dive onto the waterslide.  

These inflatable units are reliable, but in the case the inflatable unit begins to deflate follow these instructions:  

1)  Assist all riders from the unit and deflate it. 

2)  If the blower stopped working check that the cord is still plugged in and that the breaker hasn't tripped.

If motor is running but no air is blowing, check the air intake on the side for blockage

3)  Check tubes are tight on blower or tightly closed off.
